Who We Are
People ask all the time, "Why the Rhino". Our "Rhino" connection is based more on a philosophy and some on the actual animal. We consider our team to be a CRASH (Rhino term for herd or group) of hard-charging, two-inch thick skinned agents who are willing to go above and beyond for our client's best interests and needs. We work hard, know our business and charge full-steam ahead. Adult Rhinos have no real predators in the wild (except humans) and are known for being tough. Not all agents can be a Rhino, nor do we want just any agent - our group is specially selected based on their character, integrity, dedication and performance.
Many have applied to join our team, but only a few selected.
Our team consists of several highly trained and certified Realtors®. We have several Buyer's Agents who specialize in First-Time Buyers, Move-up/Down Buyers and Investors as well. We are trained in Foreclosure homes and distress sale properties. We are a certified H.U.D. Brokerage. We can easily show any property for sale listed by any real estate company in the entire Metro-Denver area, from north of Fort Collins down to Colorado Springs. Our Listing Agents are Certified Home Selling Advisors and know how to sell your home quicker, for top dollar and with the least amount of hassles. Looking for a newly built home? We can represent you on those also - our agents have close relationships with the top builders here in the Denver area, so we know how they work and we can help you get the perfect home that you want.

Rick’s passion for real estate began back in 1976 when he bought his first book on "How to be a Real Estate Investor". From then on, he dabbled in real estate investments and fix & flips. In 2000 Rick realized that he enjoyed real estate well enough that he should pursue this as a career and in 2001 he received his license. In 2003 Rick ventured out and dedicated his full-time career to Real Estate and has never looked back since. Rick is the Broker/Owner of Rhino Realty Pros. He has helped hundreds of individuals to successfully buy and sell their homes in the Metro Denver area.
In forming Rhino Realty Pros, he did not want just an ordinary style real estate team of advisors. Instead it was going to be one based on excelling in unmatched client services and by doing things their clients never expected but always deserved. Brokers on his team are very highly trained by Rick himself. His expertise lies mainly in Residential Real Estate and especially enjoys working with first-time buyers, move-up clients and investors. He comes from an extensive background in the restaurant industry, with construction on the side. With both industries being big on customer service, it was an easy transition to take his learnings from the restaurant industry into Real Estate. Now with over 20 years of real estate experience under his belt, Rick and Rhino Realty Pros are focused on taking the real estate transaction to a whole new level of client service and satisfaction.

Robin Repola
Realtor ®
Robin has made her priority to provide a level of service to her clients that they will never forget. She currently holds her Real Estate License in Colorado and California to ensure she can assist all of her family and friends. Robin holds herself to a very high level of service as she was a volunteer fire fighter for 5 years and is married to a career Firefighter/Paramedic of over 20 years. Robin would like to continue her passion for firefighters and their family with offers and charities.

Patty Cavallaro

Originally from Steubenville Ohio, Patty and her family migrated to Lakewood when she was a young child. She has spent most of her life here in the Denver area, including some time up in Granby. As a result, she knows Colorado as her native home. With most of her life in Colorado, she has learned all about the state, its amenities, and wonderful features. Upon getting married, Patty and Rick decided to get into the real estate industry. With Rick being the Broker and Patty concentrating on client service, they developed Rhino Realty Pros together with a mission to provide unparalleled service as they assisted people making one of the largest purchases of their lives. After 20 years together in the business, she still goes above and beyond to make all our clients fell like our family. With their 2 children, their spouses and 2 grandchildren, life has never been better. Patty will always call the Rocky Mountains her home forever.

Ashley “Ashtree” Brown has helped facilitate over 300 transactions over the course of my 6 years being licensed while running my team's brokerage. These transactions I worked behind the scenes and gave her great knowledge and experience on real estate transactions. I’m now bringing that knowledge and stepping into the spotlight as a real estate agent. I have extensive knowledge in the far northeast area of Denver but has worked all over the metro area in my previous position.
